WHERE DOES THE COCOA COME FROM?

We believe that exceptional bonbons start with exceptional chocolate. We carefully select our chocolate from premium makers who source their cocoa beans from renowned growing regions like Ghana, El Salvador, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Madagascar. Our focus is on using high-quality, ethically traded chocolate that provides the perfect flavour foundation for our handmade fillings.

WHAT ALLERGENS DO THE CHOCOLATES CONTAIN?

As our bonbons are handmade in a single kitchen, all our products contain traces of nuts, gluten, and lactose. Many of our recipes explicitly contain these ingredients. Each product page has a detailed list of ingredients and allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please be aware that we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD OF HAVING IT SHIPPED?

Yes, absolutely! We offer a free pickup option located on Bazeldijk 36C, 4231 Meerkerk, Nederland. Simply select "Pick Up" as your delivery method during checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with our opening hours for collection.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE CHOCOLATE?

To maintain its flavor and texture, chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place with a stable temperature between 15-18°C.

- Please do not store them in the refrigerator, as the humidity can damage the texture and shine, and can reduce the quality of the chocolates.

- Keep them in their original box or an airtight container away from strong odors (like coffee or spices), as chocolate can easily absorb smells.

HOW LONG DO THE CHOCOLATES LAST?

Our bonbons are made with fresh ingredients, including cream and butter, without artificial preservatives. For the very best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them within 21-24 days of receiving them.
